The lessor (UH) reserves the right to update or amend the rental terms and conditions as needed. However, it is always the version of the terms in effect at the time of booking that governs the rental in question. The current terms are published on our website, and it is the tenant's (HT's) responsibility to review them before making a booking.
Aktuella villkor publiceras på vår webbplats och det är HT:s ansvar att ta del av dessa innan bokning.
10.3 Assignment and Use
The tenant (HT) may not transfer the rental agreement or sublet the vehicle to a third party without written approval from the lessor (UH). The vehicle may only be used by persons approved under the agreement and solely for its intended purpose, namely private leisure use.
10.4 Scope of the Agreement
This agreement covers all provisions in chapters 1–10, including any appendices, insurance terms, and additional services. Verbal agreements are only valid if confirmed in writing.
10.5 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by Swedish law. In the event of legal proceedings, Malmö District Court shall be the court of first instance. The parties shall primarily seek to resolve any disputes through dialogue and mediation.

11. Other Provisions and Legal Matters
This chapter contains supplementary legal provisions regarding liability, interpretation of law, and application of the agreement.
11.1 Entire Agreement and Interpretation
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between HT and UH regarding the rental of recreational vehicles. Any previous oral or written agreements are replaced by this agreement unless they are expressly referred to in writing.
In the event of any questions of interpretation, the agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of contract law.
11.2 Limitation of Liability
UH shall not be liable for indirect damages, financial consequential losses, or loss of profit that may arise due to delays, technical problems, or cancelled rentals, provided that gross negligence or intent is not present.
UH shall also not be liable for:
- subjective experiences or lack of comfort
- traffic, roadworks, or weather conditions
- interruptions in campsite services or power supply
- loss of personal belongings
11.3 Unauthorized or Illegal Use
HT may not use the vehicle for illegal activities, the transport of prohibited goods, or in any other way that violates Swedish or foreign legislation. In the event of suspected criminal activity, UH has the right to immediately terminate the agreement and contact the relevant authorities.
11.4 Invalidity of Individual Provision
If any part of the agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the remaining parts of the agreement. In such a case, the relevant provision shall be replaced with a legally valid wording with a similar meaning.
11.5 Partners and Subcontractors
UH has the right to engage external partners and subcontractors for services such as insurance, cleaning, LPG service, or roadside assistance. Such cooperation does not affect HT’s liability under this agreement.
11.6 Electronic Signing and Digital Communication
The agreement may be approved by digital signature, email confirmation, or another electronic method accepted by UH. HT also agrees that communication regarding booking, payment, and contractual terms may take place digitally.
